Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Device

Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
